ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by an Assistant working at Unit Office, Valliyur (Tirunelveli Sub-Division) seeking a mandamus to consider his representation dated 19.07.2024 and promote him to the post of Superintendent to include his name in the promotion list for the panel year 2022-2023. 2.Seeking the above said benefits, the petitioner's has addressed a representation dated 19.07.2024 to the respondent herein and the postal receipt has also been enclosed. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
