This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 30.11.2017. During the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's suspension was revoked and after completion of disciplinary proceedings, punishment of stoppage of increment for three years was imposed and the period of suspension also regularised.

2. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 16.02.2023 akv 2/4
