Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent's impugned notification dated 04.08.2017 under Na.Ka.No.584/2017/A7 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondent to give alternate place in the premises of the Usilampatti Panchayat Union daily market, in-lieu of the shop at back side compound wall of the Usilampatti daily market allotted by the respondent.

It is informed that the entire property has been handed over back to the Usilampatti Panchayat Union.
