To amend the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court as Judicial Magistrate Court, Musiri instead of Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy District in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.10089 of 2026.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to amend the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court as 'Judicial Magistrate Court, Musiri' instead of 'Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur, Trichy District' in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10089 of 2026 by an order dated 04.06.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police.

3. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order dated 04.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.10089 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy. Consequently, one week time is extended to the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10089 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
