This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to return the original certificates of the petitioner. 1/3

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that if the petitioner approaches the second respondent in person, all the certificates will be handed over to the petitioner.

3.Recording the above statement, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent College to get back her original certificates. On such appearance, the second respondent shall hand over all the original certificates of the petitioner on proper acknowledgement. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
