ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application dated 05.06.2023 to respondents, requesting them to survey his land. Since the said application has not been considered by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.
2. Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that based on the petitioner's application, the survey officials fixed the date for survey on 07.08.2023 and a notice has also been issued to the concerned parties.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
