************* Representation has been given by the petitioner before the Revenue Divisional Officer/second respondent questioning the order of the third respondent/Tahsildar in Trichy East Taluk, with respect to the grant of patta relating to the property in Chinthamani Village, Old Ward No.5, Block No.10, TS.No.569/1 in New Ward No.A, Block No.21, T.S No.26, measuring 8,000 square feet. 2.The second respondent may consider the said representation treating it as an appeal against the order of the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)NO.19664 of 2021 3.Without entering into a discussion on the merits of the case, since, the matter has to be decided with the second respondent, a direction is given to the second respondent to treat the representation as an appeal and pass necessary and appropriate orders following due procedure and at any rate complete the said procedure on or before 31.01.2022.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
