O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking direction to the first respondent/ Tahsildhar, Usilampatti Taluk Office and the second respondent/ Taluk Surveyor, Usilampatti Taluk Office to survey the property of the petitioner which is a vacant land measuring 2218sq.ft in S.Nos.384/31,384/32 at Vikitamangalam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. The petitioner has given an application in this regard on 02.07.2021. The petitioner has also paid fees for such relief. The fourth respondent in the present writ petition namely Chitra, W/o.Ramesh, the adjacent land owner and though it is claimed by the petitioner that there are no rival claimants over the property of the petitioner, it is only advisable that the first and second respondent also issue notice to the fourth respondent namely Chitra https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.19430 of 2021 residing at Main Road, Vikkiramangalam, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District before measuring and conducting survey or issuing patta to the petitioner in respect of the application made by the petitioner. After issuing notice to the fourth respondent herein, the first and second respondent may complete the necessary process with in a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of notice served on the said fourth respondent.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
