For Appellant : Mr.P.Pandiarajan, for Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam.

J U D G M E N T

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the appellant represented that the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the dismissal order passed by the learned District Judge, Karur, dated 02.06.2016, made in G.W.O.P.No.18 of 2016, filed under Section 9 and 31 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 and now that, the minors have become majors and hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous. 2.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Appellant, nothing survives for further adjudication in this appeal. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
