This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.08.2016 in Ne.Mu.No.21890/2016/Ji.5 passed by the First Respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.8178 of 2018 that after filing of the Writ Petition, the aforesaid order dated 17.08.2016 has been cancelled and the name of the Petitioner has been entered in the revenue records by amendment dated 07.12.2018 and he has produced the copy of the same, which is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. 3.

In view of the subsequent events, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
