When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors submitted that the order of this Court has now been complied with and proceedings was issued by the District Collector, Kanniyakumari, vide Na.Ka.L2/SR-9/1991, dated 08.02.2023.

2.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to pursue this contempt petition and hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub application is also closed.
