(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble A.d.jagadish Chandira J.) This petition is filed to to withdraw the award amount deposited by the first Respondent to the credit of the Special District Court to deal with MCOP Cases, Thanjavur, in MCOP.No.467 of 2021 2.Heard.

3.The petitioners / claimants are entitled to withdraw 50% their share of the deposited amount. Accordingly, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw their share as apportioned by the Tribunal.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
