No.716 of 2016, filed against the award and decree dated 19/01/2015, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in MCOP No.1232 of 2013 , has been disposed of by the Hon'ble High Court on 21/01/2021 enhancing the compensation awarded by the Court below. The Decree in the said C.M.A is ready for dispatch. However, since the Additional Court Fee equivalent to the enhanced compensation amount has not been paid, the Decree could not be dispatched till date.

Therefore, you are hereby required to pay the Additional Court Fee of Rs.1104/- forthwith, failing which the matter will be placed before the Hon'ble Court for further orders.
