ORDER
The Registry has raised an objection with regard to maintainability on the ground that a copy of the FIR has not been enclosed. Now that a copy of the FIR is placed before this Court, the objection raised by the Registry is negatived.
2. The present petition has been filed by A1, A2 and A3 in Crime No.293 of 2026, on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender.
3. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to learned District and Sessions Judge (Special case Court for PCR) Dindigul District, to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of surrender in Crime No.293 of 2026, after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.

4. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 10.07.2026.
5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
