ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and letter in D.No.1353/2020 Dated 23/09/2020 received by the Chief Judicial Magistrate(FAC), Theni forwarded by letter in D.No.604/2020 Dated 22.09.
2020,by the Judicial Magistrate (FAC) Judicial Magistrate Court, Bodinayakkanur, for seeking 3 months time to dispose the case, and this Court made the following order: By order dated 21.10.2019, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in DVC.No.5 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1353/2020 dated 23.09.2020 whereby stating that when the matter was posted for PW2 cross, due to Covid-19 lockdown, physical hearing could not be conducted, the learned Judge has sought for extension of three more months to comply with the above order dated 21.10.2019. 3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
