PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to register the settlement deed dated 12.04.2019 executed by the petitioner in favour of his son V.Sivaraj by mentioning the schedule of property as Punjai land by considering the petitioner representation dated 18.05.2019.

After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, but makes a plea that the writ petitioner's rights to seek registration of the document, which is subject matter of instant writ petition, as agriculture land itself by accepting order dated 12.04.2019 bearing reference No.RFL/NkY}h; J}j;Jf;Fb/34/2019 may be preserved. 2.Writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw and rights of the writ petitioner are preserved to seek registration of the document, which is subject matter of instant writ petition, as agriculture land.
