Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to take necessary action in pursuant to the communication issued by the second respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2630/A3/2020 dated 02.11.2020 and by consider the petitioner's representation on 01.10.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has an unfortunate grievance. His daughter has been already married to one Madan, Son of Mayandi, resident of Kurumbapatti Village, Nelkottai Taluk in Dindigul District. Unfortunately, the said Madan appears to have once again entered into a marital relationship with a minor child.
2. The petitioner had given a representation to the second respondent complaining of this particular fact and the second respondent had marked the said representation to the third respondent namely the District Welfare Officer in the office of the Social Welfare Office of the District Collector office campus, Dindigul. A representation has been given by the petitioner to dispose of the petitioner's complaint.

3. A direction is issued to the third respondent to examine the representation of the petitioner, to issue notice to the concerned parties particularly to the son-in-law of the petitioner / Madan and also to the daughter of the petitioner and also to the minor child / her natural guardians and thereafter take necessary action in accordance with law.
4. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
