Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant selection grade pay and special grade pay for the period from 01.06.1988 to 31.10.1995 as per G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (PC) Department, dated 22.03.1993, and the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cont.Pet.No. 1330 of 2014 in W.P.(MD) No.18600 of 2012, dated 20.07.2012.

ORDER

The instant Writ Petition has been filed by a retired Physical Education Teacher, seeking the benefits under G.O.Ms.No.216, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.03.1993.

2. Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court , in Government of Tamil Nadu v. G.Eswaran, reported in 2017 (1) CWC 561, in paragraph 38 (iv), has held that no further writ petition should be entertained by the Court, seeking benefits under the above said G.O., beyond 09.12.2016.

3. Therefore, this Writ Petition is not maintainable and is dismissed. No costs.
