Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to conduct and complete the enquiry and pass orders to cancel the fraudulent Registration of documents taken place in S.Nos. 611, 614 and 615 situated at Maravanoor Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District running to an extent of 14 Acres 92 1/2 cents registered before the 3rd Respondent.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of documents on the ground that forged and fabricated documents were created and the property was sought to be grabbed from the petitioner. 2/5
2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 and 7. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and the materials that were placed before this Court, it will suffice if a direction is issued to the second respondent to deal with the representations made by the petitioner on 04.05.2017 andds 16.08.2021 and conduct an enquiry, after issuing notice to all the interested parties and order shall be passed strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
