This civil revision petition is filed as against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Karur, in I.A.No.750 of 2019 in O.S.No.848 of 2019, dated 24.03.2021.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above submission and the endorsement so made, this civil revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
