Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that his property was acquired way back in the year 2013 and till date, neither the award has been passed nor the compensation has been paid. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 02.08.2022.

3. The respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
