PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's appeal dated 18.11.2022 with considering the order of this Court made in W.P(MD) No.30744 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023 and to consequently make a suitable entry on the 3rd respondent Book with respect of sale deed document No. 766/2025 dated 09.06.2025 registered through impersonation, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate order on the petitioner's appeal dated 18.11.2022 with considering the order of this Court made in W.P(MD) No.30744 of 2023 dated 21.12.2023 and to consequently make a suitable entry on the 3rd respondent Book with respect of sale deed document No. 766/2025 dated 09.06.2025 registered through impersonation, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Since this matter is taken up for hearing in the admission stage itself, consequential prayer cannot be granted when the appeal is pending before the 1st respondent. However, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 18.11.2022 in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2/4

4. With these directions and observations, this writ petition is allowed. No Costs.
