The petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 20.02.2025 in Cr.M.P.No.33 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the Negotiable Instrument Act, Tirunelveli.

2.The petitioner claims that she has filed a petition under Section 348 BNSS to recall P.W.1 for the purpose of cross examination. The contention of the petitioner is that her previous counsel has not asked some questions, when P.W.1 was cross examined on 04.05.2023 and therefore, she requested to provide one more opportunity to cross examine P.W.1.

3.This Court has perused the impugned order. The learned Judicial Magistrate, has rightly decided the issue and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
