ORDER

The petitioner/the defacto complainant in Crime No.93 of 2023 has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.93 of 2023 and file the final report within a stipulated time.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing on 17.07.2025, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready, however, it has not been filed. Therefore, this case was adjourned today.

3. Today, it is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the final report has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai, through e-filing on 22.07.2025.

4. It appears that after the filing of this petition, the respondent has filed the final report, which is made ready in their files. 2/4
