This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to conduct preliminary enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the Petitioner, dated 20.07.2022 and complete the same within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that during pendency of this petition, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.948 of 2022 and the same was closed on 22.08.2022.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
