This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.A.1/2910/2018 dated 09.08.2019.

2. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent the case has been registered on the file of the second respondent in Crime No. 605 of 2018 on 17.07.2018. Subsequently it was referred before the first respondent who initiated proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C, since the dispute is in respect of land. On receipt of report from the second respondent, the first respondent issued notice and initiated proceedings under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. Therefore it is only summons and no order has been passed by the first respondent against the petitioner.

3. In the result, the petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to produce all documents before the first respondent on the date of hearing and on receipt of the same the first respondent is directed to conduct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
