PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.E4/24702/2015 dated 08.10.2021 and consequent proceedings issued by the second respondent vide Na.Ka.No. 26883/2021/H4 dated 13.10.2021 and quash the same as illegal as devoid of merits and direct the first respondent to hold fresh enquiry on the charge memo issued to the petitioner vide Na.Ka.E4/8337/2015-2 dated 08.09.2015 by following the procedures contemplated under Rule 17(b) of Tamil Nadu (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, and providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
