The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking direction to the respondents particularly the third respondent /Tahsildhar, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District to Survey and demarcate the petitioner's land in Survey No. 18/1J to the extent of 0.00.36 hectare situated at Vaiyoor village, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District

2. The petitioner had given online application on 12.02.2021. In this regard, the third respondent is directed to conduct survey with the assistance of the fourth respondent/Taluk Surveyor, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District if required. If online application is required, this petitioner may apply for the same within a period of two weeks and on receipt of such online application,within a period of twelve weeks, the third and fourth respondents are directed to complete the process of demarcating the land of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

petitioner. If online application is not required the entire process should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
