ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of Tamilnadu Schedule Commodities (RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1965, in Crime No.351 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that apart from this case, the petitioner has involved three previous cases. By referring the same, the earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court on 17.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.13805 of 2021.

CRL OP(MD)No.16829 of 2021 3.Since there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
