This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the Final Report in STC No.56 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Kanyakumari District @ Nagercoil.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a delay in getting the certified copy of the final report and therefore, this petition has been filed. Now, they got the certified copy of the final report in STC No.56 of 2025.
