J U D G M E N T

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the dismissal of the divorcé petition filed by him before the IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli in S.M.O.P.No.107 of 2015.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing on either side, that there is a reunion of the husband and wife and husband does not want to pursue the appeal.
