ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22128 of 2022 dated 06.04.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor/respondent on instructions, would submit that in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the final report has been filed before the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu on 23.08.2023 and the same was taken on file. He further submitted that now, the case is posted on 21.09.2023 for the accused appearance.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 04.09.2023 NCC :
