ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 21.06.2023, through on-line to the respondent, requesting for sub-division of his land and also for grant of patta based on the sub-division. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has submitted an application on 11.11.2022. Since the Department is processing these type of applications only through on-line, the petitioner was directed to submit another application through on-line. He has also submitted his application on 21.06.2023. His application would be considered within a reasonable time.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the petitioner has submitted another application through on-line on 21.06.2023 and it is also under 2/4

consideration, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to conclude the proceedings and take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
