ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus to the first respondent to expedite the proceedings before him in O.Mu.No. 7510/2021/Aa4 filed to remove the name of the respondents No.3 to 7 from the patta bearing No.7437 in connection with properties in Survey Nos.60/2, 60/3 and 61/1 situated at Ayyampalayam Village, Aattur Taluk,
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3. Considering the fact that the request of the petitioner is only for speedy disposal of the patta dispute proceedings, which is pending before the first respondent without any progress since 2021, this Writ Petition is
allowed and a mandamus is issued to the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
