This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 BNSS, seeking orders to direct the second respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2024 to the first respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed.
