This petition has been filed to register a First Information Report in Crime No.5 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are arrayed as A4 and A5 and they are only in-laws of the defacto complaiant viz., second respondent herein. He would further submit that the petitioners are no way connected with the alleged offences and they are living separately at Trivandrum. Hence, he prayed for quashment of Crime Number. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent police.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to submit all the relevant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13212 of 2019 documents pursuant to the allegations before the first respondent to prove their residence. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to pursue the materials, complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
