ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I ABRAR MOHAMED ABDULLAH, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This Court granted an order of interim stay on a condition directing the petitioner to deposit Rs.3,00,000/-. The petitioner has filed a memo, dated 30.08.2024, stating that the said amount is deposited to the credit E.P.No.19 of 2022 through e-challan, dated 23.08.2024. The said memo is recorded. 2.Since the condition granted by this Court is complied with, there shall be an order of interim stay as prayed for and the same is made absolute. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.
