This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the order passed by the learned Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate & Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivakasi, in M.C.No.A2/186/2019 dated 26.06.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner namely, Muthukumar @ Pongal passed away and as such, there is no purpose in proceeding with the Criminal Revision Case.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
