O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner basing on a representation given by her on 17.07.2023.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondent No.4 is the brother of the petitioner and there are disputes in respect of the property, basing on which, the respondent No.4 intends to dispossess the petitioner from the property and thereby, the representation is filed before the respondents 1 to 3 Police on 17.07.2023 to provide suitable protection.
3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the representation given by the petitioner is registered as current paper and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner also appeared and gave an undertaking that she will resolve the dispute amicably and the representation has been withdrawn by her.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also reported that during the course of enquiry, the respondent No.4 has also decided 2/4
along with the petitioner to resolve the dispute amicably.
5. The same is recorded. Since the request for police protection has already been withdrawn by the petitioner on account of the settlement arrived between the petitioner and the respondent No.4, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
