ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.2 of 2017, before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that in this case, the prosecution has sofar examined 413 witnesses and collected 29 documents. There are 118 witnesses further to be examined and documents to be collected from various Government Departments. He would further submit that some of the accused are Government servants, therefore, sanction has to be obtained and it will take sometime. Hence, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) seeks some more time to complete the investigation and file a final report.

4.In view of the above said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), time is granted for a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for completion of investigation by the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
