ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to To amend the crime number as 141 of 2025 instead of 142 of 2025 in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8681 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a typographical error occurred in the Crime number in the said Criminal Original Petition, it is inadvertently stated the crime number as Crime No.142 of 2025. The correct crime number is Cr.No.141 of 2025.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying petition, this Court is inclined to ordered this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to correct the following crime number in the order made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8681 of 2025 dated 13.06.2025 ''Crime No.141 of 2025'' and issue fresh order copy, also carry out necessary amendment in the main petition in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.8681 of 2025.
