Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. All that the petitioner wants is consideration of the petition mentioned representation.

The second respondent is directed to enquire into the petition mentioned representation and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
