PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2023 and pass an appropriate order based on the petitioner's representation thereby permitting the petitioner and 1/4

the trust members to conduct the temple functions, rituals and maintain the accounts of the trust and also fore bearing any other private individual in any disturbing the functions carried out by the petitioner trust. Rajesh For R1 to R3 : Mr.Thanga Aravindh.B Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Mandamus to the respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner trust dated 03.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that the unofficial respondent Nos.4 and 5 are trying to interfere in the management of the petitioner trust and also created some forged documents and opened an account, basing on which the petitioner has sent a representation dated 03.03.2023 to the police, but no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the representation of the petitioner is received by the police and an enquiry is being initiated and reported that within short time, the police will dispose of the same. 2/4

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in respect of the representation dated 03.03.2023 as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
