ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 respondents to take necessary action on petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2026 pending before the respondents within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the proposed accused, who has cheated the petitioner by receiving a sum of Rs.1,25,00,000/-. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the third respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and 2/4

conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
