JUDGMENT

The Second Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.20 of 2010 dated 14.08.2014 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul, reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.242 of 1997 dated 15.03.2007 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal.

2. When the matter was taken up on 20.01.2026, there was no representation for the appellant and hence, the matter was adjourned to 04.02.2026 as finally. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant. Since the second appeal is pending from 2014 and as there was 2/4

no representation for the appellant, this Court is not inclined to adjourn any further. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
