2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of the writ miscellaneous petition, as sufficient cause has been shown.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has also not raised any serious objection for allowing this writ miscellaneous petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for.
