This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.317 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard Mr.T.Pon Ramkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is being an accused. Even then the respondent police did not complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police already completed the investigation and filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate deleting the name of the petitioner from the charge.

5.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the respondent police has already filed a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and the same was not taken on file since the concerned judicial Magistrate is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
