Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the second respondent relating to the impugned order dated 02.04.2018 passed in Reference No.Ma4A2/36725/17 passed by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to subdivide the assessment Nos.69903 and 406684 as per the registered sale deeds dated 04.03.2015 and 05.03.2015 (Document Nos.740 of 2015 and 767 of 2015) and make the demand of property tax for the property bearing Door no.15, Venkalakadai Street Third Lane, Madurai retained in the hands of the petitioner.
