This petition has filed by the petitioners to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioners and their family under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners are not accused in any case. They have only called the petitioners since their vehicle is involved in the offence. Thereafter the real accused was arrested and released on bail. They have not harassed the petitioners as alleged in the petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioners is not to harass the petitioners and the second respondent has also denied the alleged harassment and alreadythe petitioners vehicle was involved in the criminal case and thereby the second Page No. 2 of 4

respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and that the main accused was arrested, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
