ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Sattur to number the petition in HMOP.NO. Unnumbered 684/2025 returned dated 20.02.2025 filed by the petitioner under Section 13(1)ii) of the Hindu Marriage Act and take on file and proceed with it.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner herein filed a petition in H.M.O.P. No. Unnumbered 684 of 2025 under Section 13(1-A)(ii) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Sub Court, Sattur, against the respondent herein. However, the same was returned on 20.02.2025 with an endorsement stating that "the case is not filed before the jurisdictional Court where the respondent's parental home is located, which falls within the jurisdiction of Sivakasi." Hence, the petitioner prays before this Court to direct the numbering of the said petition.

4. Considering the limited request of the petitioner, the trial Court is directed to number the petition filed by the petitioner, if the papers are otherwise in order, and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
